Job Summary
Part Time Universal Banker in Oakland, MD (20 hours). Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service by engaging clients, identifying and understanding financial needs, and educating them on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking). Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Participate in branch operations and sales processes, stay compliant with policies and procedures, and assist with new account openings and issue resolution as needed. Commitment to ongoing product knowledge, training, and delivering a consistent client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
