Job Summary
Provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records while handling all monies. Deliver excellent service, identify and understand clients' financial needs, and cross-train to support sales and service activities with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support. Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking), participate in client outreach, and assist with new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls and policies. Participate in sales/product knowledge trainings and adapt to branch demands as part of Truist Retail Community Bank operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
