Acquire feedback to determine student understanding of each segment, evaluate progress often, and share evaluations promptly. Maintain academic standards while playing an intricate role in student retention efforts and reviewing student evaluations of instruction. Be available to students with concerns and serve on faculty committees. Attend official college functions, keep official transcripts on file, and enroll in professional growth programs. Work variable hours Monday through Saturday in a blended environment combining face-to-face interaction with web-based technologies.
