Job Summary
Part-Time role at Kohl’s requiring unloading truck shipments, processing freight, replenishing stockrooms and the sales floor, and supporting omni-channel operations. Responsibilities include delivering customer service, assisting customers, training new hires on Kohl’s standards, and contributing to store productivity while adhering to safety and company policies. Requires morning availability starting at 6am, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift
- Ability to operate handheld scanners/technology as directed
- Ability to learn and comply with dress code and safety standards
- Experience in client-facing retail or service industry (preferred)
