Job Summary
Drive Class A CDL rated trucks for equipment and material delivery and pickup at assigned shows. Assist with loading and unloading showsite gear, receiving show freight, and supporting carpet or furniture departments as needed. Perform miscellaneous equipment inspections and maintenance. Maintain a good driving record and interface with internal staff, vendors, clients, and security. Work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and extended hours with up to 20% travel and overnight stays. Join the Carpenter's Union and operate autonomously in noisy, crowded environments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL driver's license
- Maintain good driving record
- 3 Years driving experience
- Must join the Carpenter's Union
- Must be available for travel and overnight stays as required (up to 20%)
- Must be available to work variable shifts, nights, weekends and extended hours if necessary
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision
Desired Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED preferred
- Tradeshow industry experience a plus, but not required
- Previous experience with ELD and app-based reporting a plus, but not required
