Part-Time Traveling Dental Assistant – Nursing Home Care

Part-Time Traveling Dental Assistant in long-term care facilities provides chairside support to the DDS and clinical staff, assists with treatment, transport and set up of equipment, maintains charts, inventories supplies, and coordinates denture shipments. Works 2 days per week with travel to facilities (20 minutes to 2.5 hours) and portion of time working from home; mileage and drive time are reimbursed. Requires 3-5 years of chairside experience, valid driver’s license with a clean record, X-ray certification, and willingness to travel; own reliable transportation is required. Responsibilities include equipment transport and setup, chart notes, inventory management, and liaising with nursing home staff and labs.
