Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to on-site compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a utility trailer. Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors to ensure residents' trash is removed by morning. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and capture photos as required. This role offers consistent evening hours from Sunday through Thursday, starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with no weekends. Pay rates are $13.50 per hour for truck owners and $10.50 for those using a tow vehicle. DailyPay is available for fast pay. Required Qualifications
- Your own open-bed pickup truck
- A vehicle capable of towing a trailer and a trailer you'll use for the job
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment, including updates, scheduling, and work-related information
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances
- Climb multiple flights of stairs
- Work around bagged trash and waste
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
