Part-time Traffic Controller

Job Summary
Manage executive email communications, coordinate calendars and travel, and act as a traffic coordinator to ensure project flow between the executive, creative team, and external service providers. Obtain detailed project briefs, source supplier quotes, and assist with budget tracking while preparing reports and maintaining organized records of project documentation. Collaborate closely with leadership to reduce administrative bottlenecks and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on schedule. This role offers 4 to 4.5 hours of fully remote work for an organized professional supporting a meaningful non-profit initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Project/Traffic Coordinator
- Experience within marketing, communications, or an advertising agency environment
- Strong project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify tasks and priorities
- Experience obtaining quotes and coordinating external suppliers or service providers
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
