Job Summary
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Promote bank products and services to clients and refer them to appropriate departments. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures. Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time role at Bank of Springfield's Shiloh Branch offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $16.50.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
