Part Time Teller

Part Time Teller in-office role based at the Richland Township branch in Gibsonia, PA. Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities during conversations and refers as appropriate, connecting customers with branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, educates customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources, applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, and ensures branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Adheres to policies and risk management practices to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
