Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions and complete teller and branch daily operations with accuracy. Educate customers on financial alternatives, identify banking opportunities during conversations, and refer as appropriate to branch staff. Solve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while adhering to all policies and established limits. Manage risks associated with business objectives and detect fraud during transactions. Work part-time at the Suncrest Towne Center branch in Morgantown, WV, with shift details confirmed by the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants may be subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
