Job Summary

Process a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities during conversations to increase share of wallet. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products while applying product knowledge to solve problems efficiently. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately, adhering to all policies and procedures within established limits. Manage risk by assessing business objectives and preventing fraud while delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing. This part-time role at the Spring Valley branch in Washington, D.C., offers a base salary of $17.31–$28.85 with incentive eligibility and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants may be subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.
