Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions at the Thorndale Branch, delivering unique experiences that improve financial wellbeing and increase share of wallet. Educate customers on alternatives and banking opportunities during conversations, applying product knowledge to solve problems and refer as appropriate. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, manage daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently, and adhere to all policies and procedures. Identify opportunities through meaningful interactions to position PNC products effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants may be subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
