Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, delivering a unique experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Educate customers on alternatives and banking opportunities during conversations, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products while applying product knowledge to solve problems. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately, adhering to all policies and procedures. Manage risks associated with business objectives and activities to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This part-time role is based in Fredericksburg, VA, with a base salary of $15.87–$26.44.
