Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, educate clients on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities to increase share of wallet. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, apply product knowledge to solve problems, and ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed accurately. Adhere to all policies and procedures while managing risks associated with business objectives and activities. This part-time role is based at the Lititz Branch in PA, with specific hours and shift details to be confirmed with the hiring manager.
