Job Summary
Process a variety of customer interactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while educating clients on financial alternatives and identifying upsell opportunities. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products, applying sound judgment to solve problems within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately, adhering to all policies and risk management frameworks. This part-time role is based at the West Thomas Branch in Phoenix, AZ, with no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Prior experience is not required
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
