Job Summary
Part-Time Teller responsible for routine, transactional, operational and client support tasks in a banking environment. The role emphasizes delivering accurate work, adhering to guidelines and policies, and providing exceptional service to a diverse audience while contributing toward individual and center sales/service goals. The candidate should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, cash handling or banking experience, bilingual skills, strong work ethic, ability to educate clients on banking products and digital technologies, and comfort with multi-tasking, problem solving, and using multiple computer systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
