Job Summary
Provide customer service and process banking transactions as a part-time teller. Manage a cash drawer, balance and reconcile daily cash, and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, checks, and ATM operations. Cross-sell bank products, apply needs-based questioning to identify customer financial needs, and maintain accuracy and compliance with bank policies, including fraud awareness and BSA guidance. Willingness to travel to other Midland States Bank locations as needed and participate in team huddles, coaching, and community activities.
Required Qualifications
