Job Summary
Conduct transactions and answer member questions while managing cash drawers and assisting with daily branch operations. Offer financial products to improve member well-being, develop self-service technology skills, and proactively identify experience improvements. Maintain a professional appearance, exercise sound judgment within compliance limits, and uphold integrity with all members and partners. This role requires availability for shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Saturdays. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required, with previous cash handling experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work any shift between the operating hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and between 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM on Saturdays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers
- Possess excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must have a strong desire to help people
- Proficient in the use of computers, the internet and Microsoft Office
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales expectations
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
