Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Process all banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and money orders, while balancing cash drawers and adhering to strict compliance and fraud prevention protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, educate customers on product features, and build long-term relationships that foster loyalty. Manage internal workflows, complete required training, and cross-train for additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and dependable on-time attendance
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to maintain concentration and focus
- Ability to interact with others effectively
- Average ability in manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and motor coordination
- Able to speak, see, and hear
- Ability to stand
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of cash handling and customer service experience preferred
