Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and wire requests while maintaining daily cash drawer balances and adhering to fraud prevention guidelines. Resolve member conflicts, de-escalate adverse situations, and promote LMCU products to drive referral targets and member retention. Provide professional service across Roosevelt Park branch during part-time shifts on M/W/F/S, utilizing consultative conversations to align solutions with member financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Some college coursework
- Banking experience
