Job Summary
Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to established customer service standards. Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations, identify self-service opportunities, and actively manage the lobby by greeting and addressing immediate needs. Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution, completing and logging all customer complaints in the appropriate system. Balance and process transactions following Bank Policy, transition sales opportunities to banking partners, and complete branch-related operational activities such as cash ordering, vault, and wire transfer tasks. Perform Consumer AML, BSA, and KYC activities while maintaining internal control standards and complying with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with cash handling
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills
- Proven prioritization skills
- Proficient with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift light to heavy objects weighing 5lbs – 30 lbs
