Job Summary
The teller will provide excellent member service by performing accurate transactions, handling deposits and withdrawals, and cross-selling financial products and services. Responsibilities include greeting members, processing deposits and withdrawals, maintaining confidentiality, balancing cash drawers, assisting with inquiries via mail, email, and online channels, staying informed on all credit union products and policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and basic proficiency with multiple computer programs and internet navigation. Works with a flexible schedule across branch locations and adheres to branch policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability during branch hours and to work at alternate Branch locations if/when assigned.
