Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients in-person, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving client issues. Listen during conversations to uncover financial needs, then transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness discussions. Process cash deposits and withdrawals accurately, balance cash drawers within guidelines, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, maintaining knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
