Obtain customer identification and process transactions according to regulations and branch controls. Examine cash, checks, and documents to verify authenticity and identify potential fraud, escalating irregular transactions per established procedures. Balance the cash drawer daily, research discrepancies, and report outages to the supervisor. Support branches across a specified region by filling gaps and assisting locations with increased transaction volume or temporary staff shortages. Maintain strong fraud-prevention awareness and promote products that enhance the customer's banking experience.
