Part-time Teller I - Oak Ridge West

Assist members and potential members with financial needs in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner, both in person and on the phone, following current service model standards. Refer members to appropriate Credit Union personnel for services outside the scope of given responsibility. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing ability, while demonstrating strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Possess mathematical ability to perform very basic math skills and manage time effectively with deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Requires minimum one year of cash handling or customer service experience, with teller experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
