Job Summary
Assist customers with various financial needs by processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. Provide exceptional service by minimizing wait times, resolving concerns, and cross-selling products to deepen relationships. Adhere to strict compliance and risk management protocols to defend against fraud and escalate complex issues for timely resolution. Support nearby branch locations as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area. This role requires 6+ months of cash handling and customer service experience, with bilingual Portuguese or Spanish skills preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED: or equivalent
- 6+ Months Cash Handling experience
- 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement
- Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and basic math skills
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment
- Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking
- Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills

- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Office products
