Job Summary
Greet members warmly, answer account questions, and assist with special requests like Account History reviews and Mobile Banking. Process daily routine transactions securely, including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Count currency, balance cash drawers throughout the day and at shift end, and process coin transactions accurately. Investigate cash variances in partnership with the Teller Supervisor or Branch Manager, collect overdraft fees, and complete compliance documentation. Provide administrative support as needed, answer phones, route calls, and make outbound calls to other departments or members. Distribute promotional items and attend credit union functions as requested. Uphold a strong sales culture and maintain positive relationships with members and staff.
