Job Summary
Part-time Teller role in Edmond, OK focused on efficiently processing customer transactions, cross-selling bank products, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced banking environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling cash drawers with accuracy, researching customer inquiries, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Training is provided, including a Teller Certification test, with evening/weekend hours and a shift differential for certain after-hours periods. The position requires standing or sitting for long periods, light lifting, and proficiency with basic computer tools; bilingual Spanish skills and knowledge of banking products are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling and/or POS transaction experience in a retail sales or food industry environment
- Minimum 6 months of cash handling, processing of transactional payments, and/or POS experience in a retail sales or service environment
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and work toward goals
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills; adhere to bank procedures and regulations
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Strong computer and 10 key skills
- Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Must participate in training and pass Teller Certification test within first weeks of employment
