Job Summary
As a Part Time Teller in Downtown Worcester, you will engage with customers to address financial needs, process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, maintain an accurate cash drawer, and provide exceptional service. You will recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products, educate customers on digital self-service options, and assist with audits and operational tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with policies, risk awareness, and effective communication in a fast-paced branch environment. You may support nearby branches based on business needs, and you should be prepared for weekend and evening hours. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 6+ Months Cash Handling experience
- 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to engage customers
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work branch hours (weekends/evenings)
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills
