Job Summary
Part-time Teller at the Dolan (Bethel) Branch handles cash transactions, provides prompt, courteous service, and proactively identifies sales opportunities. Responsibilities include customer service, resolving complaints or referring to management, greeting lobby customers, promoting deposit products, handling basic account maintenance, and supporting branch operations. Schedule averages 20–25 hours weekly with weekday shifts 10:30am–2:30pm and Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm; may cover other branches as directed. Must follow bank policies and compliance requirements (CIP, BSA, AML, OFAC) and participate in community activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Communication Skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in person, on the telephone or in writing
- Problem Solving Skills
- Be task oriented, organized and work well in team environment
- Attendance: Required to work weekends and may be required to work extended hours and reliable attendance is critical.
