Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to members while processing transactions and answering questions. Complete deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers, and cross-sell credit union services. Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements (Reg CC, BSA, OFAC, USA Patriot Act/CIP). Perform routine teller transactions over the counter and by mail, provide account status and loan pay-offs, process certified checks, stop payments, wires, ATM applications, and related forms. Balance teller drawer daily, support front desk and financial services, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires basic mathematical skills, PC/office equipment use, and ability to lift up to 20 pounds; extended sitting and occasional bending/climbing. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
