Part-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Engage with customers to identify financial needs, recommend appropriate products, and identify referral opportunities that support branch growth objectives. Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates and promote special offers. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to confidently explain features and benefits while following all policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, and loan servicing. This role combines exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales engagement. Occasional travel for training and providing help at another office may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong listening and interpretive skills with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate financial solutions
- Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport with customers
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work toward monthly referral objectives
- Experience using customer relationship-building tools or willingness to learn
- Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturday mornings
- Occasional travel for training and providing help at another office
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a retail, financial, or service-based sales environment
- Cash handling experience
