Job Summary
Conduct transactions with speed, accuracy, and efficiency while assuring financial service needs are met promptly and courteously. Process transactions in person, by mail, telephone, fax, and email, and assist clients with account inquiries, data changes, and closures. Balance vaults, ATMs, night drops, and coin machines as assigned, while setting up and closing the teller station. Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive company image through professional communications. Complete required BSA and compliance training, possess knowledge of bank policies, and speak clearly with managers, co-workers, and clients. Flexible availability for M-F 11am-5:30 and Saturday 8am-12:00 hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 0- 6 months experience in a financial institution or other retail customer service profession with exposure to cash
- Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively while preparing and maintain confidential transactions and records
- Proficient in use of 10-key and other office equipment
- Must be flexible in availability for work schedule
- Hours are M-F 11am-5:30 and Saturday 8am-12:00
Desired Qualifications
- 2 Years Prior teller experience a plus
