Job Summary
Process cash and non-cash bank transactions accurately, efficiently, and with confidentiality while operating the teller window in accordance with bank policy. Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals by developing client relationships and introducing customers to bankers. Perform miscellaneous duties including night deposits, ATM balancing, re-ordering supplies, answering phones, and complying with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act provisions. Complete all required reports for observed violations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and technology. This role supports ChoiceOne Bank's mission to provide superior service and quality advice to everyone we meet.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Ability to work in an office environment which may include many hours of computer and telephone usage
- This position is not remote-eligible
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred
