Job Summary
Part Time Teller provides exceptional customer service to bank clients, handling deposits, cashing checks, accepting bill payments, selling cashiers checks and money orders, processing teller transactions, balances cash drawers, and preparing reports. The role includes cross-selling of bank products, adherence to regulatory procedures, and assisting with branch operations including safe deposit box services, vault/Cash handling, and supporting multiple branch locations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and up to one year of customer service experience; strong analytical, mathematical, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are needed to perform duties and support a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Up to one year of experience in a customer service position
- Proficient analytical and mathematic skills
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and sales skills
- Proficient eye-hand coordination
- Basis computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- A comprehensive knowledge of operating policies and procedures impacting consumer services
