Job Summary
Conduct in-person client transactions and resolve servicing issues while balancing cash drawers and adhering to security procedures. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to Bankers for deeper discussions. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, maintaining current knowledge of product guides and policies. Process deposits and withdrawals accurately, promoting access channels and detecting fraudulent activities. Work Saturdays as directed and manage account information updates. Requires high school diploma, client service experience, and cash handling skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Base hourly rate $18.00-$23.08. Part-time, 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Must be flexible and available to be scheduled during any branch days/hours
- Work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Prolonged Standing (5-8 hours per day)
- Ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients
- Occasional bending and lifting from floor height
- Frequent forward reach
- Frequent lifting of 1 – 10 lbs.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
