Job Summary
Provide branch customer service and accurate, efficient processing of financial transactions. Balance cash and process transactions, educate customers through digital demonstrations, engage in lobby management, identify self-service opportunities, address customer needs, escalate and log issues, and transition sales opportunities to banking partners. Maintain AML/BSA/KYC compliance, adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards, and support the branch in risk management and fraud reduction while delivering a differentiated customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- data entry and/or cash handling experience
- proven verbal communication skills
- proven interpersonal skills
- proficient with internet user-level technology
