Job Summary
Track and manage inmate inquiries, complaints, and responses while maintaining PIN Number Investigations. Repair or replace broken telephone sets, troubleshoot systems, and create trouble tickets for equipment requests. Complete RMA forms to track and ship tablets, maintain onsite equipment inventory, and generate reports for facility requirements. Coordinate site visits and materials delivery through security. Provide weekly status updates on phone system repairs and open items, and assist new personnel with limited training. Research and resolve complaints within established timelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience
- 3 or more years demonstrated skills in a high tech environment, emphasizing skills in computer hardware maintenance, software management, and networking
- Position can require overtime, non-standard schedules
