Job Summary
Part-time Tech Support Repair Specialist drives customer support for AKG key programming and repair machines. Handles inbound/outbound calls and emails to diagnose key programming issues (transponder, remote, immobilizer, and machine faults), guides customers through troubleshooting and repair coordination, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve warranty and firmware issues. Requires experience in customer service, proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ticketing systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume call queue while maintaining technical accuracy on key cutting/programming technology.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of CRM and call center/ticketing systems
- Ability to sit and handle a high volume of calls throughout the shift
