Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enroll customers, assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participate in VOC surveys, perform SISO and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, adhere to SOPs, and cross-train in Custom Framing selling/production while performing other duties as assigned. Must be 16+ and able to stand for long periods; regular lifting and moving of boxes; benefits available for both full-time and part-time Team Members.
