Part Time Team Member

Provide friendly customer service in Michaels' Pembroke, ON store. Responsibilities include delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience, cash handling, helping customers locate products, and educating customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), assist with truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POGs), merchandise recovery, and store in-stock optimization (SISO). Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling/production; adhere to SOPs and company programs; promote a positive image and be a role model for teammates. Eligibility includes being at least 16 years old; benefits available for both part-time and full-time Team Members.
