Job Summary
As a part-time team member at Chicken Shack, you'll provide friendly and efficient customer service, prepare and serve food, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Comprehensive training is provided for those new to the industry. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and collaborating with the team for efficient service. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills, be adaptable to a flexible schedule, and be able to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
