Job Summary
Lead and develop retail teams by coaching, training, and mentoring staff to meet sales targets and KPIs. Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing duties, while upholding impeccable shop floor standards for stock presentation, ticketing, and visual merchandising. Prioritize health and safety, resolve customer concerns promptly, and foster a collaborative environment through clear communication and constructive feedback. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand professionally and build connections within the local community. This role includes a monthly bonus scheme, 28 days of annual leave, and a twice-yearly uniform allowance.
