Job Summary
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques and brand values to enhance the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service and sales. Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing margin information, ensuring appropriate space management, and maintaining store graphics and fixtures. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising to identify business development opportunities while motivating a high-performance team. Provide hands-on leadership in a retail environment requiring constant movement, standing for two consecutive hours, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Requires leadership experience, cash handling skills, and POS system proficiency. Must provide availability for up to 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
- Delivery of Employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale automated systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Lifting at least 30 lbs
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Child Safeguarding Background Screening
