Job Summary
Lead a sales team on the floor and in fitting rooms to deliver Knix customer experience; coach and develop Sales Associates, driving KPIs such as traffic, CVR, AOV, and UPT during peak hours. Maintain product knowledge, guide customers through bra fittings, and ensure an uplifting, inclusive store environment. Responsible for end-to-end customer experience, training support, visual merchandising, and general operations. Part-time schedule of 15 to 20 hours per week (up to 29 hours during peak), evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in Canada. Compensation: $22.70 CAD per hour plus benefits.
