Job Summary
Part-time Team Lead at Sky Zone leads on-floor operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when on-site. Drive guest experience and membership sales, coach team members, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure opening/closing/shift procedures. Responsibilities span leading in Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events; mentoring staff; managing inventory for cafe items; and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction. Requires 18+ years old, minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience, and availability evenings/weekends/holidays. Compensation up to $16.00/hr, with a part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
