Job Summary
Part-Time Team Lead at Regal theatre responsible for training and coaching non-management staff, performing various team roles as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction, and operating projection and AV equipment. Role requires supervising experience, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to train and enforce policies, monitor safety and loss prevention, and support marketing campaigns. Compensation includes $19.50/hour, free movie passes, discounted concessions, and 401(k) with company match after eligibility. Work is on-site in Ashburn, VA with a focus on leadership in a theatre environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or a combination thereof, or demonstrated leadership potential approved by theatre management.
- If the theatre sells alcohol, employee must be of legal age to sell/serve alcohol according to state/local laws and complete any required state/local training and Regal Academy beverage server training.
- Public speaking and effective written/oral communication with employees, vendors, and corporate staff.
- Basic math ability for calculations and error identification.
- Ability to read and understand training materials and company policies.
