Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability across Sales, Parties, Food & Beverage, and Facilities. Lead front desk performance, drive membership sales, and model service excellence while coaching team members to maximize conversions. Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings, managing scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities from booking to completion. Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness throughout the shift. Manage inventory, ordering, and facility maintenance to uphold health standards and a "best-in-class" look. Rotate through key operational areas to maintain seamless guest experiences and operational flow, delivering timely communication of guest issues and challenges to management. Available primarily on weekends to cover breaks and time off for other leads.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay respectful, calm, and coachable in high-pressure moments
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the park, interact with guests and team members in a high-energy, often loud environment, and lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds as needed
