Job Summary
Part-time Team Lead role at Regal Theatre requiring supervisory leadership, coaching of non-management staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing all team positions as needed, operating theatre AV equipment, executing marketing campaigns and promotions, maintaining standards, enforcing dress code, and ensuring safety and risk management. Must complete Level 1 Team Member Star Program and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training; alcohol duties may apply. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, training delivery, and team coordination within a theatre environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Level 1 Team Member Star Program completion
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training completion on Regal Academy
- If selling alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve according to state/local laws
- Complete any legally required state/local training and obtain required certificate
- Ability to read and understand training materials covering harassment prevention and regulatory compliance
- Public speaking and effective written/verbal communication skills
- Proven PC skills and basic office programs
- Ability to supervise an unspecified number of employees and support Theatre Management
